Custom Dredge Works, INC is a leading manufacturer of dredging equipment, dedicated to innovation and excellence in the maritime industry. We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the design and production of our high-quality dredging equipment.

Job Description :

We are searching for combination structural welder and fitters. Individuals must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be able to weld both MIG and Flux Core.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a production project.
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Have a positive attitude and work well with others.
• A desire to work in an environment where challenges exist daily to work on custom built projects, not just simply welding.

Qualifications :

• Candidates must have MIG experience with strong fabrication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Knowledge of dredging equipment or maritime industry experience is a plus.
