Full-time | Fabrication Shop Overview We're hiring Pipe Welders to support commercial construction mechanical piping work. Candidates should be safety-focused, able to work from prints, and capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on heavy-wall pipe in the 6G position Complete full penetration welds meeting code and inspection standards (RT/X-ray) Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and WPS Handle fit-up, beveling, and alignment Maintain weld quality, heat control, and safety standards Industrial or pipe fabrication experience Stainless and/or carbon pipe welding Familiarity with ASME/code welding standards Qualifications - TIG TIG all the way out 2.5" double heavy (552 wall) in a 6G position Ability to pass a visual and x-ray weld test Experience with double extra heavy (.552 wall) pipe Strong blueprint reading and attention to detail Reliable and safety-focused Qualifications - MIG/Flux MIG bead downhill & Fluxcore uphill on 6" 719 wall in a 6G position Ability to pass a visual and x-ray weld test Strong blueprint reading and attention to detail Reliable and safety-focused Work-Life & Culture Strong safety culture Team-oriented environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities Company-provided safety gear Per diem / travel pay (for travelers) Weekly pay Consistent work with a strong project pipeline Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance
