Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Pipe Welder (TIG), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Performing TIG welding operations on carbon steel pipes in accordance with specified procedures and standards. 2. Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the welding requirements and set up the welding equipment accordingly. 3. Conducting inspections of welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws and ensure adherence to quality standards. 4. Maintaining and repairing all welding equipment and fixtures. 5. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of protective equipment. 6. Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and solve welding issues. 7. Ensuring work is done accurately and efficiently to minimize waste and downtime. 8. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to maintain current knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Pipe Welder (TIG) position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG welding, specifically with carbon steel and tig root. 2. A proven track record of interpreting and following blueprints, drawings, and specifications. 3.
