Job Description

Welder/Fabricator $24.00-28.00/Hour Dependent on Experience Level Contract-to-Hire Watson Racing Minimum 7-
Years Experience Required Fabrication:
Cut, bend, shape, and
MIG & TIG
weld raw metals to construct or modify custom parts, brackets, and structural components.
Mechanical Maintenance:
Mechanical experience on prototype vehicle exhaust a plus
Blueprint Reading:
Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to ensure exact component specifications.
Equipment Setup:
Operate workshop machinery such as Bridgeport, lathe, drill presses, shears, and forklift.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, structural integrity, and proper operational function using calipers and gauges.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean work environment, safely handle hazardous materials, and adhere strictly to OSHA and workplace safety.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
