We are seeking skilled welders to join our team on both 1st and 3rd shift . The positions offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Hourly pay is anywhere from $20.00 - $28.75 an hour depending on shift and experience. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Grind, clean, and prepare materials prior to welding. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily goals. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production setting. Welding certification is preferred but not required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Schedule 1st
