Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account co-existing medical conditions that may affect mental health outcomes. Design and implement integrated treatment plans that encompass both psychiatric and medical considerations. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods tailored to the unique requirements of each patient. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordinated treatment strategies. Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and coping strategies during mental health emergencies. Educate patients on the connection between mental and physical health, equipping them with tools to manage their conditions effectively. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards. Engage in regular team meetings and multidisciplinary care planning sessions to optimize patient outcomes. Stay informed of the latest research, trends, and advancements in integrated mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with individuals experiencing co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders or chronic pain, in addition to mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. Many of our patients are navigating complex life situations which necessitate a compassionate, informed, and holistic approach to treatment. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist in Washington state. Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring conditions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for effective patient interaction and team collaboration. Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, specifically related to integrated care methodologies. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a willingness to implement continued learning. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the impact of socioeconomic factors on patients' health. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from
USD 115,000
to 130,000 annually.
