Opportunity:
In this role, you will assemble and weld aluminum components used in premium decking, railing, balcony, and architectural products. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Endurable manufactures custom aluminum building products for residential and commercial projects nationwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform spot welding on aluminum components according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Set up and operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret shop drawings, measuring tools, and production documents. Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards are met. Assemble railings, deck frames, balcony systems, and other aluminum products. Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures during fabrication. Report material defects or equipment issues to the supervisor. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Assist with other production and fabrication duties as needed. What makes you a great fit: Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures and measuring equipment.
