End your job search here! 1st and 2nd shift availability $24-32/hour Lakeville, MN Set up and adjust equipment Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and appearance; make adjustments as needed Communicate issues, material defects, or blueprint discrepancies to leads/supervisors

Skills and Experience:

Previous professional welding experience OR formal welding training/certification (trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship) required to apply Demonstrated ability to MIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum Must be comfortable setting up welds independently — machine settings, gas selection, and filler material Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality
