Modern Growing Fabrication Facility Join a Growing Welding Team We are seeking a MIG Welder to join our expanding metal fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with welding experience who wants long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to work in a brand-new fabrication facility. You will primarily perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel , read blueprints, and assist with fabrication tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Weld materials ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4 inch thickness Grind, cut, and finish parts to specification Measure and layout materials using tape measures and hand tools Stage and organize materials to support production flow Assist with fabrication and general shop duties as needed Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards Qualifications Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience OR welding school/trade program completion Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Strong measuring and shop math skills Experience using hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment Reliable work history with solid attendance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications TIG welding experience Flux-core welding experience Sheet metal or fabrication experience Experience operating fabrication machinery Why Join Us?
