•6:30PM) Build Your Future at Bergari Solutions — Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! Welder Essential Duties and Responsibilities Weld and/or fits assemblies using the GMAW welding process. Ability to set priority of build sequence. Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications. Perform as built dimensional checks and complete records. Read/correctly interpret and process mechanical prints, BOM's and job travelers. Accurately operate and read measuring devices. Operate forklift to support production Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently. Work well with others in team environment. Train and work in other areas of production in response to production demands. Maintain a safe and clean work environment following all rules and regulations. Ensure the welding areas are cleaned at the end of all shifts. Follow all company policies and procedures. Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience Experience with the GMAW welding process Thoroughly familiar with welding equipment such as torches, torch tips, welding wire, hoses, valves and gas cylinders Basic reading, writing, math and ability to interpret parts drawings, BOM's & job cards Able to read tape measure, measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations Experience working in a fast paced, job shop manufacturing environment Forklift operation & ability to achieve forklift certification High School diploma or
GED Physical Requirements :
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift material up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks including but not limited to: bending. kneeling, stooping, squatting, sitting, climbing, balancing, reaching, pushing and pulling. Work Environment The employee will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors. This position requires physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities in a primarily production environment.
Pay:
$25.00
•$34.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
