What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding processes as required. Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Measure and inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality. Identify and correct welding or fabrication defects. Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and related machinery. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other team members to solve problems and meet production goals. Take ownership of quality, productivity, and safety. What We're Looking For Previous welding/fabrication experience in manufacturing or construction preferred. Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Welding certifications are a plus, but not required. Schedule Flexible shift availability required. Positions may include day, afternoon, evening, night, and overnight shifts based on production needs.
