In this role, you will perform MIG welding on steel materials while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. This opportunity is well suited for a skilled welder who takes pride in craftsmanship and works effectively in a team-focused production environment. Responsibilities:
Perform structural MIG welding and fabrication to support production and assembly requirements Complete welds using
GMAW/MIG
wire feed processes on steel materials Inspect completed work to maintain quality and accuracy standards Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to successfully complete a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process on 3/8-inch material Previous experience welding steel using MIG wire feed processes Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented approach Ability to follow safety standards, procedures, and workplace requirements Ability to work required overtime as needed Must meet pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements
