MIG Welders US Enhanced - 3.4 Asheboro, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract $20 - $22 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Continuous improvement Blueprint dimension interpretation Ability to follow instructions Gas metal arc welding Full Job Description Looking for experienced MIG Welders to join our fabrication shop. In this role you will work both independently and on a team with minimal supervision.

5:00Pm-3:30Am with OT as necessary
Responsibilities:
 Weld structural steel members using (MIG) wirefeed processes  Weld in 3G and 4G positions according to safety-oriented procedures  Read welding symbols and understand testing requirements  Follow proper safety instructions  Work in a team environment  Perform other duties as needed by supervision
Education Requirements:
 Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or related experience as a certified structural steel welder as determined by the plant manager
Job Requirements/Special Skills:
Specific Structural Welding Skills:
 Ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test using GMAW process on 3/8" material  Good verbal communication skills with other employees  Positive attitude  Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement  Ability to understand weld symbols and testing requirements  Ability to read blueprints
Specific Physical Skills:
 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs  Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor when necessary  Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
