Overview 3 TO 5 YEARS
WELDING EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES IN CARBON STEEL / STAINLESS STEEL

ABLE TO PASS A 6G PIPE TEST TIG - PIPE , SHEET DUAL SHIELD - PIPE , PLATE MIG READ FABRICATION DRAWINGS / PRINTS FITTING
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various welding techniques, including FCAW, Stick welding, Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques. (Pipe fitting experience would be a plus!) This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures and components based on schematics and project specifications. The Welder/Fitter will work primarily on one site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. •Must complete a drug screening•Responsibilities Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to fabricate metal components. Perform welding tasks using FCAW and Stick welding techniques to assemble parts accurately. Utilize power tools and equipment such as a press brake machine for shaping metal components. Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety protocols on construction sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve challenges. Qualifications Proven experience in welding and fitting, with proficiency in FCAW and Stick welding methods. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with various power tools, including press brake machines. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
