MIG & TIG

Welders for a metal fabrication manufacturer in Cherryville, NC. Openings are available on both first and second shifts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company known for hiring high-performing temporary employees and offering increased pay and competitive benefits after permanent placement. What You'll Do Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for production Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal parts Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and product specifications Inspect completed welds and parts for quality and accuracy Complete work orders and accurately report production quantities Label, organize, and place finished parts on the correct pallets Maintain the flow of materials into and out of the work area Follow production schedules and all workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required; manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to set up welding equipment and use standard measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safe work practices Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. High school diploma or GED preferred and the ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
