MIG WELDER

Hours:

6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday Job Summary We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using the MIG welding process. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and select the correct consumables
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
• Perform welding on various materials including steel and aluminum
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements
• Proficient in MIG welding techniques
• Familiarity with pipe threading, schematics, hand tools, stick welding, FCAW
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Knowledge of machining processes is a plus
• Understanding of codes standards related to welding
• Experience in construction site welding is preferred
