At FarrallBuilt LLC, you'll work on a variety of fabrication projects, use your welding expertise, and help bring ideas from blueprint to finished product. Every day offers something different, and your skills will have a real impact. What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding on a variety of metal materials Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements with precision Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and custom components Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, mills, lathes, and hand tools safely and efficiently Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards Repair and maintain metal parts, equipment, and structures as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work independently and alongside a team to meet project deadlines What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and shop tools Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail Welding certifications are a plus, but experience and skill matter most Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to pass a drug test Why Join FarrallBuilt LLC?
