Fabrication Mechanic (Mold Prep Trim) Our growing Laconia, NH client is seeking a Fabrication Mechanic for their team. If you're technically inclined, then consider this full-time opportunity! Responsibilities of the Fabrication Mechanic (Mold Prep Trim) Set up and operate various equipment (e.g., abrasive, squaring, deburring, and sizing equipment) to prepare assemblies and details Perform visual and dimensional tests to validate conformance to specifications Prepare surfaces for finishing Use hand tools to grind, cut, or sand walls Use chemicals (e.g. chemlock, acetone, alcohol) to prepare parts, and cure parts in ovens Identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain documentation Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Fabrication Mechanic (Mold Prep Trim) High school diploma or

GED, 1-3

months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Good math and computer skills Knowledge of GD&T Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use micrometers and vernier calipers Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities Team player who can work well independently This Fabrication Mechanic position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
