Manual Weld Our growing manufacturing client is now hiring for their first-shift Manual Weld position! You'll join metal components together using a variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate or repair machined parts, fabrications, and tubular assemblies. Responsibilities of Manual Weld Read, comprehend, and execute simple to complex written welding instructions Prepare components of fabricated metal products for welding Weld and fabricate flexible and rigid tube assemblies composed of a variety of materials using manual and automatic GTAW (Tig) welding processes Inspect welds for conformance to visual and dimensional requirements using magnification and bore-scoping tools Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of Manual Weld High school diploma or
GED, 1-3
months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Welding certifications based upon business requirements Basic math skills Ability to interpret blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and use precision measurement tools Attention to detail and safety Ability to adapt to changing situations Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
