Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solderer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and wiring electronic components with precision and care. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies, ensuring all products meet strict industry standards. Duties Solder and assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately follow assembly instructions Build electrical panels and wire electrical components according to detailed schematics and blueprint specifications Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component placement and electrical continuity Perform mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring proper fit and function Troubleshoot electrical assemblies using engineering troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve issues Maintain compliance with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality and workmanship Skills Strong understanding of PCB design, manufacturing processes, and surface mount technology Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Experience with soldering techniques for both through-hole and surface mount components Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices Knowledge of electrical wiring, panel building, and electrical blueprint reading Ability to interpret schematics for electrical and mechanical assemblies accurately Mechanical knowledge related to machining, component fitting, and assembly processes Experience working with electro-mechanical components in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications while maintaining high quality standards Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality control Strong attention to detail combined with excellent manual dexterity for precise work Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required Join our team as a Solderer if you're passionate about electronics assembly, eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and committed to producing reliable, high-quality products.
