They are a precision sheet metal job shop, making products for a variety of industries, including restaurant equipment, glove boxes for labs, large units used to sanitize wheel chairs( the machines that make those little "all in one" checks in their own envelopes) and grocery store shelving. Qualified candidates will have experience with MIG and TIG welding (working with stainless steel and aluminum), reading blueprints and fabrication. Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced fabrication environment with strict output expectations. TIG WELDING

(Will work with Aluminum and Stainless Steel)

• focus will be TIG welding stainless and aluminum and the ability to build parts from blue prints. Must be able to read blueprints Experience with Fabrication is a huge plus Experience with managing robotic welding is a huge plus
• must be willing to learn the process.
• Wil sit in a booth all day making parts from blueprints (very repetiteive) Experienced working within standard time-per-weld metrics and lean manufacturing production schedules Company is requiring experience with TIG and MIG, Aluminum and Stainless Steel
