Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician Do you have experience with soldering, electronics assembly, or manufacturing? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision work and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include:
✔ Solder electronic components, wires, and connectors onto PCBs using hand tools and soldering equipment ✔ Interpret and follow production documentation, including assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs ✔ Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with
IPC-A-610
standards ✔ Perform touch-up soldering and rework as needed ✔ Operate basic manufacturing tools such as microscopes, tweezers, cutters, and torque tools ✔ Assemble mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies as required ✔ Follow all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures when handling components ✔ Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S guidelines ✔ Complete production tasks within assigned timeframes to support schedule demands ✔ Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to the Production Supervisor ✔ Assist in training junior assemblers or solderers when needed ✔ Follow all company safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement activities What we're looking for: Experience in electronics assembly or soldering preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Full-time | Competitive pay & benefits If this sounds like a good fit for you or someone you know, send me a message or tag someone who may be interested!
