We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and bilingual Welder to join our growing production team. In this role, you will bring technical blueprints to life, prepare diverse materials, and execute precise welds that meet our high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and positioning metal. Operate welding equipment using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques. Fabricate and install custom products in the shop and on-site. Maintain safety standards and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications Technical Expertise:

Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Material Knowledge:

Experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Language Skills:

Fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel to client sites for field installations.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to read blueprints and execute precise measurements.
