Job Description
Stainless Steel TIG/MIG Fabrication Welder A day in the life Start your shift at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You'll review blueprints, lay out sheet metal parts, and move seamlessly between TIG and MIG to weld stainless steel components. As parts come together, you'll check measurements, verify fit-up, and keep production moving. When demand spikes, there's potential for overtime. Core responsibilities Weld stainless steel using established TIG and MIG procedures Read and interpret blueprints to plan layouts and sequence work Lay out and prepare sheet metal parts for fabrication and assembly Verify measurements and maintain quality throughout the build Tools and technologies you'll use MIG Welder TIG Welder Stick Welder SMAW Welder (Lincoln) What you bring Proficiency with a tape measure Confidence reading blueprints and translating them to accurate layouts Experience welding stainless steel with TIG and MIG Schedule 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday Potential for overtime Benefits and time off Paid sick days, holidays, and vacation Health insurance 401(k) Generous benefit package Growth Demonstrate your skill and reliability and you'll have the opportunity to move up to other positions.
