Job Description

Overview:
Onin Staffing is seeking a skilled and Certified TIG Welder to join our team on second shift, Monday through Friday. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented welding professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and producing high‑quality work. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding, cutting, and brazing metal components using flame‑cutting tools and hand‑welding equipment. The position requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques, safety standards, and quality control. Candidates must have proven experience welding aluminum , with the ability to perform clean, accurate welds and maintain consistency across production.
Skills and Experience:
Thorough understanding of machines and tools used in welding including designs, uses, maintenance and repair. Basic understanding of design techniques, principles, and tools necessary for the precise production of technical plans, drawings, models and blueprints. Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms. Basic understanding of mathematics as related to welding assignments.
