Repair Perform minor and major repairs on aluminum open-top tractor-trailers. Perform aluminum MIG welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and repair work. Weld, repair, reinforce, and fabricate tractor-trailer components. Conduct regular maintenance, welding, fabrication, and repairs on trailers. Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair methods. 48_Quality Assurance Created with Sketch. Quality Assurance Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on trucks and trailers. Inspect completed welds and repairs to ensure quality and structural integrity. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed. Experience Experience with trailer brakes, suspension, lighting, and other trailer components is preferred. Previous experience welding and repairing tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, or heavy-duty equipment required. Hands-on experience with aluminum MIG welding and aluminum fabrication required.
