Welder -
Build Custom, One-of-a-Kind Systems Location:

In this role, you'll work on custom-engineered, one-off builds —including first-of-their-kind prototypes for cutting-edge data centers and industrial systems. What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding across a variety of metals Fabricate pressure vessels, piping systems, and custom assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Select welding methods, equipment, and parameters for each unique job Work with carbon steel (primary) and stainless steel (as needed) Conduct quality inspections (first article + in-process checks) Use tools like calipers, squares, and measuring devices to ensure precision Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, safety, and efficiency What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, Pulse, Flux Core) Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience with carbon steel fabrication (required) Stainless steel experience (a plus) Background in pressure vessels, piping, or custom fabrication Skilled with measuring tools and fabrication techniques High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to thrive in a low-volume, high-variation environment Bonus Points ASME certification or code welding experience Familiarity with
ASME & AWS

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of East Amherst, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
