All Shifts Available Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, skilled MIG Welder to fabricate and weld metal components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, can read blueprints, and takes pride in quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to blueprint and specification requirements. Set up and safely operate welding equipment, fixtures, clamps, and hand tools. Load, position, and secure materials for welding. Adjust welding settings based on material type and thickness. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions. Inspect welds for quality and compliance with customer standards. Perform layout, multi-position welding, and metal finishing as needed. Assist with weld fixture fabrication and routine equipment maintenance. Safely move materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks when certified. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete required production and quality documentation. Qualifications & Requirements Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications. Experience welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel . Knowledge of welding equipment setup, measuring tools, and shop equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials safely. Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
