Welder/Fabricator Tenza Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time $20 - $28 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Blueprint specification interpretation Mechanical fabrication Cutting High school diploma or GED American Welding Society (AWS) standards Grinding Steel Gas metal arc welding Full Job Description Experienced mig welder/fabricator Up to $28 an hour depending on experience + paid lunch, First shift 6 am-2 pm, Cincinnati, Ohio (Woodlawn area) small growing metal shop in search of skilled independent welder/fabricators to join our team.we handle a mix of production work and custom fabrication. Reliable professionals who can not only weld and fabricate but also be able to interpret blueprints, verbal direction and hand drawings, weld assemblies cleanly, accurately, and autonomously. There are paths for growth, performance based raises after 90 days and 6 months for anyone capable and willing to grow with our company. Small team environment, direct straightforward shop where your hard work is noticed appreciated and rewarded. High school diploma or equivalent required, training completion of welding school or certification program Or 5+ verifiable years of welding experience and blueprint interpretation. (must show proof) strong clean proficiency welding on mild steel. Cutting, grinding, fit-up, and layout with minimal supervision. Absolutely must be able to read blueprints, shop drawings. Must be able to pass a blueprint test, tape test, and pass a 1G open root groove weld test
