Job Description

Minutemen Direct is recruiting Welders on 2nd shift and the weekend shift for a large metal fabricator in Cleveland, OH. Do you take pride in your work and want growth? If so, this is the position for you. Pay starts at $22.00 out of a vocational program, and goes up based on skill level and expertise. Welder/Fabricato r will be responsible for welding various parts in different materials. Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma), conducts dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements. Experience in welding of carbon, stainless, or high alloy steels. Experience with FCAW and GMAW spray transfer. Mechanical aptitude required. Understand and interpret blue prints and technical drawings. Experience welding thick to thin structural members.
Required:
High School Diploma/GED Vocational School-preferred not required
Work Hours:
2nd shift hours 3:30PM-2:00AM Weekend shift hours
FRI, SAT, SUN 6AM-6PM
