Job Description
Welder /
Fabricator Schedule:
Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm
Lactation :
Grand Rapids, OH Pay Rate:
$20-26 per hour, based on experience Duties- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders and hand tools
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to codes and standards
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures to ensure precise dimensions
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of metal products
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques and processes
- Familiarity with reading blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds
- Knowledge of codes and standards related to welding and fabrication
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures
