        • When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality structural steel welding to support the production of modular base frames and enclosure products.
        This role involves MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, as well as cutting steel using oxy-acetylene and plasma arc equipment. You will work closely with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring all work meets blueprint specifications, safety standards, and ISO9001:2015 quality requirements.
        Responsibilities:
        • Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on steel and aluminum materials
        • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
        • Operate oxy-acetylene torches, plasma arc cutters, and metalworking equipment
        • Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
        • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols
        Qualifications and Requirements:
        • 1-5 years of structural steel welding experience
        • Ability to pass a welding qualification test
        • Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools
        • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work up to 10-hour shifts
        • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
