• Responsibilities
• + Perform MIG welding on ATV and UTV components and assemblies.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.

+ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces as needed.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Qualifications
• + Previous MIG welding experience preferred. + Ability to read measuring tools and basic blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. + Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. + Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience is a plus.
