As a Welder at EZG Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in fabricating and assembling metal components for a variety of manufacturing projects. We're looking for detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform MIG and TIG welding according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes. Fabricate and assemble metal parts with precision. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards. Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain consistent production. Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of welding and fabrication experience (certification is a plus). Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with welding tools, materials, and safety procedures. Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
