Welder Certification in relevant processes and positions. 2+ years of structural or heavy fabrication welding experience in a manufacturing environment. Aluminium is Required Stainless Steel is nice to have Strong ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. Proficient in FCAW, MIG, and TIG. Ability to pass a company-administered weld test. Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various positions. High school diploma or GED required; technical welding training preferred. Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Preferred Experience:

Multi-process certifications.. Experience welding heavy equipment frames, skids, or large structural assemblies. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems, or AISC standards. Overhead crane and forklift certification.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
