Welder/ Fitter We are seeking a skilled Welder/ Fitter to join our clients team in Wadsworth, OH. This role is with a reputable company specializing in fabrication projects that require top-notch welding and fitting skills. As a Welder/ Fitter, you'll play a key part in creating high-quality metal structures, working with stainless steel and other materials. Hours Monday

• Friday, 6:00 a.m.
• 2:30 p.m. Pay $20
• $25+ per hour, depending on experience and weld test results Key Responsibilities Read and analyze work orders and blueprints to determine materials and sequence of operations Use MIG and TIG welding techniques on various materials, including stainless steel Perform pipe fitting and metal fabrication tasks with minimal supervision Work safely around heat, sparks, fumes, dust, and moving equipment Maintain high standards of weld quality through inspection and precision work Operate and maintain welding and fitting tools and equipment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Minimum Requirements Knowledge of fitting and welding techniques, materials, and equipment Ability to work with stainless steel and other metals Ability to interpret blueprints and work orders Nice to Have Skills Experience with MIG and TIG welding processes Pipe fitting experience Preferred Education and Experience Previous welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Welding certifications preferred but not required Other Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items with assistance if needed Climb ladders, scaffolding, and work platforms safely Wear all required PPE, including welding helmet, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots Work in various environments, including hot, cold, or poorly ventilated areas Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits once hired in to join a team committed to excellence in fabrication.
