Steel-toe boots and dependable transportation Mancan Staffing is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder for a great opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. If you have strong welding and fabrication skills, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you! 🔧 Job Responsibilities

• 📐 Read and follow mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to accurately fabricate metal components.
• ⚙️ Operate power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and finish metal materials.
• 🔥 Perform welding and fabrication work according to production and quality specifications.
• 🛠️ Work with sheet metal and other metal materials in a manufacturing environment.
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• 🦺 Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials, equipment, and welding gases.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other team members to complete fabrication projects accurately and on schedule.
• ✅ Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. 🎯 Qualifications
• Previous metal fabrication and/or welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
• Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, and gas metal arc welding.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical prints.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and metalworking
• Familiarity with power tools, plasma cutters, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong understanding of welding and fabrication safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Must have steel-toe boots and dependable transportation.
