$18.00 - $24.00 per hour to start (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated MIG Production Welder to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. In this role, you will measure, cut, assemble, and weld metal components in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level and experienced welders looking to build skills and grow within a stable company. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications

Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications

Perform MIG welding and Flux-Cored (dual shield) welding as required

Assemble metal components accurately and efficiently

Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards

Operate hand tools, including 4" and 9" grinders for extended periods

Prepare work surfaces for safe and effective welding

Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of welding experience

Preferred:

6+ months Flux-Cored (Dual Shield) welding experience

Ability to read blueprints and job specifications

Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused

Willingness to learn and follow company processes

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods

Ability to safely wear required PPE

Good vision and hearing for identifying hazards and ensuring safety
