Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday through Saturday, flexibility required Pay $19.00 per hour, with bonus and overtime opportunities Key Responsibilities Reading and understanding blueprints and job specifications Measuring and cutting materials to specifications Welding materials using the correct processes to join metals together Operating 4" and 9" grinders for extended periods Checking finished work to ensure it falls within required tolerances Preparing metals and work surfaces for safe and effective assembly Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools Adhering to all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area Minimum Requirements Ability to correctly read a tape measure Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience Minimum 6 months of flux core/dual shield welding experience Ability to perform manual labor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace Willingness to learn company processes Ability to read blueprints Ability to follow supervisor's instructions Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques Nice to Have Skills Experience working in manufacturing, steel mills, or industrial environments Welding certifications or additional technical skills Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Relevant welding experience in industrial settings Other Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Ability to stand, bend, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Physical ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment
