Controlled Pay:

$19/hr Responsibilities Read and follow blueprints & technical drawings Perform fitting, fabrication, and assembly Measure, cut, and align materials using tape measure & tools Prep parts for MIG/TIG welding Inspect work for accuracy & quality Maintain a clean, safe work environment Requirements Fitting or welding experience Strong blueprint reading skills Experience with measuring tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods High attention to detail Preferred MIG/TIG welding experience Experience in fabrication or carpentry Team player with ability to work independently Why Join? 4-day workweek Climate‑controlled facility Strong medical, dental & vision benefits Stable work + optional overtime 👉 Apply today!
