Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable 6G Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of fit-up and weld quality, and is comfortable working on process piping and industrial projects where quality and attention to detail are critical. Candidates should be experienced welding pipe in the 6G position using 6010 and 7018 electrodes and must be capable of successfully passing a 6G pipe welding test . The ideal candidate will be familiar with producing X-ray-quality welds and understand the workmanship and quality standards expected for
ASME B31.3
process piping . Experience working from weld procedures, maintaining proper welding parameters, and consistently producing clean, sound welds is highly valued.
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
Strong 6G pipe welding experience Proficient with 6010 and 7018 Able to successfully pass a 6G pipe weld test Familiar with producing X-ray-quality welds Familiar with
ASME B31.3
process piping quality requirements Ability to read and follow welding procedures and drawings TIG welding experience is a strong benefit Stainless steel pipe welding experience is highly preferred Experience in industrial, process piping, refinery, power, or natural gas work is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a field crew We are looking for welders who can produce quality welds consistently , take ownership of their work, and perform to a high standard in demanding industrial environments.
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
