Based on experience Job Summary We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in the Chambersburg, PA area. Candidates will perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux Core welding on steel, stainless steel, and other materials while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Perform welding operations according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met Operate grinders, hand tools, and fabrication equipment Maintain a safe and organized work area Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Qualifications Previous MIG, TIG, or Flux Core welding experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Welding certification is a plus but not required Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
