Immediate Interviews Being Scheduled Job Overview We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing custom fabrication shop specializing in high-end stainless steel railing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders as well as candidates with trade school training looking to grow their fabrication skills in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Measure, layout, cut, fit, and fabricate stainless steel railing systems. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols. Perform TIG welding on stainless steel in various welding positions. Grind and polish materials to meet customer finish specifications. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet design and manufacturing standards. Qualifications Experience with TIG welding; MIG welding experience is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols. Experience using fabrication equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Knowledge of layout work, basic algebra, geometry, and measurements. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment. Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
