Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a hands-on role where no two projects are the same? Join a growing custom fabrication shop that specializes in high-end stainless steel handrail systems. This position offers the opportunity to expand your welding and fabrication skills while working on unique architectural projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate, fit, assemble, and TIG weld custom stainless steel handrail systems according to detailed blueprints and project specifications. Read and interpret shop drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Measure, layout, cut, and prepare materials using tape measures and fabrication tools with a high level of precision. Operate a variety of metalworking equipment including saws, drill presses, punch presses, benders, brakes, grinders, and polishers. Produce high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel in both horizontal and vertical positions while maintaining quality standards. Grind, polish, and finish materials to meet customer and project requirements for appearance and functionality. Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous TIG welding and fabrication experience, preferably with stainless steel. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings. Strong measuring and layout skills. Comfortable working in multiple departments, including welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Why Join Us?
