Pay:

$20-$25/hour Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for an opportunity to work on high-end custom projects? Join a growing fabrication team specializing in architectural stainless steel railing systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing while working on unique, custom-built products.

What You'll Do:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel railing systems while maintaining exceptional quality and appearance standards. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols to accurately fabricate custom products. Measure, layout, cut, fit, bend, grind, polish, and assemble stainless steel components. Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drill presses, benders, brakes, grinders, and polishing tools. Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. Collaborate across multiple departments in a custom fabrication environment, taking projects from raw material to finished product. Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

TIG welding experience with stainless steel required. Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols. Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, calipers, protractors, and related tools. Experience with stainless steel fabrication, grinding, polishing, assembly, and finishing. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in a production environment. Recent graduates from LCCTC or Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology are encouraged to apply. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
