Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be comfortable working on construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with power tools, and a solid understanding of basic math for precise measurements and calculations. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in building and fabricating components that meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using various techniques including Stick welding and Plasma cutting. Build and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts. Fabricate ductwork as per project requirements. Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Operate forklifts safely when moving materials or equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in multiple welding techniques. Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols. Strong skills in using power tools and basic math for measurements (caliper usage is a plus). Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
