The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting and fabricating complex components. You must have knowledge of ASME codes.
ASME Code Welder Responsibilities:
Fabricate intricate components, structures, and machinery in alignment with ASME codes and regulations. Decipher and analyze technical diagrams and blueprints Utilize SMAW for Carbon welding and TIG for Stainless welding, meticulously adhering to ASME Section VIII and ASME Section XI guidelines. Guarantee the implementation of accurate welding methods and protocols. Sustain equipment functionality and uphold a methodical and tidy work zone. Conduct comprehensive quality assessments to verify compliance with corporate and industry benchmarks.
ASME Code Welder Requirements:
Must pass 6G SMAW on 2 1/2" Carbon / .276" Wall & 6G GTAW on 2" stainless / .218" Wall Sanitary Stainless is a big plus 3-5 years of verifiable experience Reliable transportation to and from job site Drivers license Required Drug screen and background check required
ASME Code Welder Compensation:
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Your starting pay will be commensurate with your experience.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
