Job Description
Hiring Welders in Greencastle, PA Job Description This role focuses on production welding in a high-volume manufacturing environment, assembling and welding metal components with precision and consistency. You will perform MIG welding, follow blueprints and work instructions, and operate overhead cranes and measuring devices to produce high-quality welded assemblies. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.

2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4pm-2amPay Rate:
$22.75-$26.40/hour based on experience $1,500 sign on bonus includedBenefits:
Medical, dental, vision and 401k plan Responsibilities Pass a weld test and meet all welding requirements prior to and during employment. Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move and position materials and components. Adjust weld configurations as needed to meet product specifications and production requirements. Heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment. Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as required by the job. Accurately operate and read measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances. Assemble and weld various metal parts together according to blueprints and work instructions. Properly position materials and parts to be welded to ensure correct alignment and fit-up. Essential Skills Ability to pass a weld test and meet ongoing welding requirements. Experience with MIG welding. Minimum of 6+ months of welding experience, either through education or work. Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.45/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
