Job Description
Job Title:
1st Shift TIG Welder / Engineering Technician Essential Skills Proficiency in TIG welding, specifically with aluminum aerospace components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and feeler gauges for dimensional inspection. Experience performing product inspection, including in-process and final inspections. High School diploma or GED. Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent relevant experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous qualifications to AWS welding standards are highly desirable. Experience with portable CMM systems such as FARO Arm is a strong plus. Experience in fabrication, brazing, machining, assembly, and testing is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical principles related to fabrication and testing. Experience working with aerospace or other highly regulated products and documentation. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
