MIG Welder - 1st
Shift Location:
Lebanon, PA Pay:
$20.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Job Type:
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Job Overview We are Currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, PA. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential to become a long-term position with the company. The ideal candidate will have previous MIG welding experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Job Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel products, including steel crates Weld and assemble metal components according to specifications Read and follow work instructions and production requirements Maintain consistent production and quality standards Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality Work efficiently in a repetitive, fast-paced manufacturing environment Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Perform other welding and production duties as assigned Requirements Previous MIG welding experience in a production, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar environment Ability to perform quality welds while maintaining production standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attendance and punctuality are required Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Must provide and wear steel-toed boots Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply? $20.00/hour starting pay Consistent 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) Monday-Friday Temp-to-Hire opportunity (with Pay increase) Opportunity for long-term employment Local Lebanon, PA opportunity Work with an established manufacturing company
